A body rub is the same as an erotic massage where massage techniques are used to achieve sexual arousal.

The massage starts out like any massage where you get a nice traditional massage until you turn around and the massage provider starts to focus on the client's erogenous zones. Body rubs don't necessarily mean getting a sexual release, however, most of the time the client's do receive this type of "happy ending" at the climax of the massage.
